Gary Purece has over 25 years of experience as a senior executive leadership, executive coach, presentations coach, seminar leader, facilitator, and executive career transition advisor. Mr. Purece’s successes are in advising and coaching CEO’s, C-level executives, and senior managers of start-up to small business to Fortune 100 organizations. His clients are in search of a mentor and coach to help with difficult leadership decisions, making life-changing career transition decisions, and who want to improve their executive presence.  

Mr. Purece’s successful experience at the senior levels of global businesses makes him a valuable resource of leadership, career, and communication information to executives.  He is the former Senior Consultant and Executive Coach at global talent leader Lee Hecht Harrison.  He is the former Principal at Publicis Advertising, and also held senior management positions with Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising, both global advertising agencies.  Mr. Purece is an in-demand executive coach and keynote speaker with his topics of leadership, change and communication.  He has coached executives from insurance companies, banks, utilities, medical device companies, the bio-pharma industry, wineries, technology start-ups, and entrepreneurs

Gary Purece has studied Mass Communications, Political Science and Humanities.  He has received certifications from the Management Research Group in all of their assessment instruments and is certified in Hogan Leadership Forecast instruments.

 Gary studied Mass Communications at Wayne State University and at Sonoma State University and Humanities at Dominican University of California.
