Our Story

The Gratitude Network, a network serving leaders of non-profit organizations, crafted a unique Leadership Development program in 2014.  To date, more than 150 not-for-profit executive leaders have gone through Gratitude‘s “Fellowship” program — a unique blend of executive coaching, group leadership skill sessions, and peer work.   

Based on years of understanding of “how leaders and team grow”,  Gratitude teamed up in 2018 with Harvard Business School (Community Partners program) to craft the GOLD (“Gratitude Organizational Leadership Development”) program.

This program was designed to accelerate the growth of FOR PROFIT organizations and it not only impacts leaders and team dynamics, but it serves a social impact (ESG) benefit: when companies deploy GOLD with their teams, they are simultaneously creating great leadership teams hile funding amazing work that Gratitude does to support non-profit leaders out in local community.

For every one of your employees enrolled in this program, we offer a year of leadership training and one-on-one coaching to a deserving social impact entrepreneur.

In addition, you may choose the organization to direct your gift to within three categories (Education, Health and Well-being, and Human Rights) and in a variety of countries/regions.
